Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce with Vegetables
 
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Part 1
•   1/3 cup rice vinegar
•   1 cup water or Pineapple Juice.  
•   1/3 cup brown sugar
•   1/8 teaspoon salt
•   1/8 teaspoon All spice
•   1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
•   1 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
•   2 teaspoons Oil
•   1 Tsp. ginger paste
 
Part 2
•  2 tablespoons cornstarch
•  2 tablespoons water
•  1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:
1.    Over medium heat bring Part 1 ingredients to a boil.
2.    Mix Part 2 ingredients and add to boiling mixture.
3.    Cook until bubbly and thick.
4.    Remove from stove.

Tofu prep
1 pound tofu extra firm cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Stir fry over medium high heat in a wok for about 10 minutes.

Veggie prep
1 cup chopped 1 inch cabbage
2 cups zucchini 1 inch chopped
1 1/2 cups red bell pepper 1 inch cubes
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp regular oil
1 tsp ginger paste
1/8 tsp five spice powder
1/4 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Pineapple chucks 
Sauté for five minutes till al dente
Add tofu and sauce to mixture serve over noodles.

Makes about 4 servings.
