Soba noodles

Peanut Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1/4 tsp cayenne or to taste
3 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. miso
1 tbsp. sesame oil

Method
Wisk all ingredients for the peanut sauce in a blender or by hand.

Veggie Ingredients
Thin long slices of 
1 cup carrots
1 cup purple cabbage
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup snow peas
1 cup cauliflower
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger

Method
On medium high flame stir fry the veggies with the oils and ginger for about 5 minutes. 

Soba Noodle Ingredients
200 gms. of soba noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil

Method:
Bring water to a boil.  Add salt and oil.  Reduce to low flame and cook noodles for about 5 to 7 minutes.
